Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops renewal and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund eligibility

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional cases, including duplicate charges or verified payment errors.

3. Trial and plan upgrades

Free trial usage is not billable. When upgrading plans, charges follow payment provider terms and may be prorated where supported.

4. Processing timeline

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.

For cancellation or refund assistance, contact support with your workspace name, billing email, and transaction reference.
