We collect account details such as name and email, workspace settings, usage metrics, and content submitted for AI reply generation. Chat screenshots may be processed to generate replies but screenshot images are not stored in history. Billing data is handled through secure payment providers.

Data is used to provide, secure, and improve the service, generate replies, manage billing, and support your team. We may aggregate non-identifying usage analytics.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted processors required to run the service, including hosting, authentication, payments, and AI infrastructure.

4. Data retention

We retain account, workspace, usage, and reply history data while your account is active or as required by law. For chat screenshot generations, history stores a text label and generated replies, not the uploaded screenshot image. You can request account deletion from the Delete Account page.

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational controls to protect data. No system is 100% secure, so users should avoid sharing sensitive secrets in prompt content.

6. Your rights
