These terms govern your use of ReplyWise Pro services provided by Codynex Technology.
1. Service overview
ReplyWise Pro provides AI-assisted reply drafting for customer support, sales, and HR use cases. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before sending.
2. Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and ensure authorized access to your workspace. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content. We may suspend access for policy violations or abuse.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly based on selected tier. Plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund policy.
5. Intellectual property
ReplyWise Pro platform, software, and branding are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your input and approved output content, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable billing period.
